Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Melia and the Cuckoo. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your order, you have the right to request a return or exchange under the terms outlined below.

This Return Policy is in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights and applicable Greek consumer protection legislation.


Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are a resident of the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date you received your order, without providing any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us in writing at meliaandthecuckoo@gmail.com within the withdrawal period. You may use a standard withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.


Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

  • The item must be in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with original tags and packaging intact.

  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable are not eligible for return.

  • For hygiene reasons, certain product categories such as underwear cannot be returned.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with these conditions.


Return Shipping

Unless the product was defective or sent in error, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days.

Shipping fees and any non-refundable charges will not be refunded unless legally required.


Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for another size or color, please contact us at  meliaandthecuckoo@gmail.com to check availability and initiate the process.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within  48 hours of delivery with a description and photo of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
